Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word,
Houses and riches are an inheritance from fathers, But a prudent wife is from the Lord.
It is better to ]hear the rebuke of the wise Than for a man to hear the song of fools.
And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance;
For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
but that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, from ]sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood.
