Father God, regulate our bodies metabolism so that it works perfectly and burns the calories it needs to keep everyone at a healthy weight and full of energy to carry out the plans You have for Your people. Lord, help us with desire to exercise and be active and give us the guidance to get the right amount of nutrients, rest and activity our body’s need to live a long, healthy, abundantly blessed life.

Latvia

Lord, we lift up Latvia to You. Move in this land like never before. Lord, anyone and anything that is hurting in this country we ask now in Your name that You wrap Your arms around them and love on them. Lord, open their eyes so they can see Your love and open their hearts so they can feel it. Move in the leaders and the government that all will bow before You and honor You to bring this country to a place of peace overflowing. Heal the sick and broken hearted and provide every need for every person. Pour out new life and prosperity to everyone as they seek Your face and come to know Your awesome love. Father God, we pray over each and every muscle in every body. Lord, we ask for strength and healing, we ask for Your perfect form and that all the right nutrients consume the muscles that everyone will be strong, healthy, and be able to carry the load that You have given them. Lord, heal anyone with any sickness or disease in the muscle and restore hundred-fold anything that has been lost. Regenerate any muscles that have been lost and make new any torn muscles. Make us all whole Lord, to carry out Your plan and will for this world.
